Dear Doctor,

I have heard about your organization thanks to Mr. Martin Kawalski - my long term friend who visited Nepal a few years ago.
I am Mr. Narendra Shahi (Naren) and I am working as a trekking guide in the Nepal as well as social work in my remote village Kalika (Panthedanda). My professional job is tourism (trekking) so that I meet lots of clients every year but some are interest to help in the remote village area. I will get money, pens. Paper, medicine and playing stuff as well as some sweets and then I will provide in my village children and people.

I allow myself to ask for your help and assistance. I come from the Kalika village. As I know that your organization often helps children in various countries I hope that you will be able extend this help to Nepalese children as well.
My village is 68houses total and 550 people are leaving in there. Mostly people are depend on the agriculture, animal husbandry, foreign work, army, police and construct work(making building) as well as 4/5 person is in the tourism like me. Village is poor because of the Geographical reasons. We have a primary school is in the village where 250 students are studying include the Neighboring village children. We have to go 1 hours far for the high school level study as well as haven’t hospital near the village. There is small health post 30 minute far from the village but quite difficult to get the medicine in there, some time I will leave the some first aids medicine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, should it be possible we especially need:
Medical stuff, Playing stuff, Sweets, Pan and paper, some cloth, some English books and other more things to the children’s.

On my part I can assure you that I will do my best and more to use any help in the most honest and truthful way. Full commitment and hard work can be always expected from me.

Sincerely Yours,
Narendra Shahi
